Director - Projects (Civil)
Job Description- Minimum 15 years of experience in big and complex projects
- Responsible for Planning, Execution, Manpower Management, Budget Management
- In-Charge for managing the project to ensure time lines till closure
- Daily planning, tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities
- Design coordination with clients / consultants
- Project budgeting & tracking
- Prepare detail project plan, schedules, risk mitigation plan etc.
- Bills and payments coordination for all receivables
- Material procurement coordination
- Ensure adherence to quality parameters, standards, compliances
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Candidate with prior experience in Government Projects / Building projects / Irrigation / Highways will be preferred
