Job Description- Responsible for project management, inspection & execution
- Coordination with agencies, architects & structural designers
- Understanding & interpretation of drawings
- Conception, planning and estimation of high-rise buildings
- Use of value-added materials & cost control
- Checking of the bills of all contractors and suppliers
- Supply chain management execution
- Thorough technical knowledge of R.C.C. / finishing works
- Planning of project and designing project management plans
- Work with clients’ / stakeholders’ requirements
- Performing requirement analysis for procurement
Experience: 8-10 Years
